Description
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage staff performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Control inventory management processes and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide training and development for branch staff to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Strong work ethic, Inventory management proficiency, and Sales management
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail
