- Oversee daily operations and ensure the branch hit sales and targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships to foster loyalty.
- Handle cash, bank deposits, petty cash, and ensure accuracy and security.
- Prepare and submit reports (sales inventory, attendance, deposits, and more) on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and audit requirements.
- Coordinates repairs, maintenance, and facility concerns with Head Office.
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance service delivery.
