The Assistant Branch Head supports the Branch Head in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, achievement of business targets, and compliance with company policies. This role assists in managing staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining excellent customer relations to ensure smooth and profitable branch operations.

Job Requirements

• Willing to work in Robinson Antipolo
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Complete mandatories requirements
• Can Start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Head in supervising daily branch operations and administrative activities
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Monitor branch performance and help ensure targets and KPIs are met
• Assist in managing, training, and evaluating branch staff
• Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Help maintain inventory control, cash handling, and operational accuracy
• Coordinate with head office and other departments as needed
• Act as Branch Head in their absence when required
