- Assist the Branch Head in daily operations and management tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost branch sales.
- Oversee inventory management and assist in logistics coordination.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s in I.T/Business Course
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in I.T Retails Store
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer management and after-sales management
- Qualities and Traits: Problem solver and team player
