Job Description:

Onsolar Corporation is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day coordination of operations, systems, staff, and inventory across our growing solar operations in Coron, Siargao, Boracay, Dumaguete, Bantayan and Manila.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Flowlu CRM & Project Management system and task execution company-wide
• Monitor project timelines and ensure task completion
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all branch locations
• Place orders with suppliers
• Makes sure staff performs accordingly
• Support and train admin staff on SOPs and system compliance
• Work closely with management to enforce operational discipline

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in operations or systems coordination
• ERP/CRM experience strongly preferred (Flowlu or similar)
• Highly organized, proactive, and systems-driven
• Strong communication and leadership skills
