Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of LAX by But First, Coffee - Las Piñas. The ideal candidate will lead and support the branch team, ensure excellent customer service and beverage quality, maintain operational and food safety standards, and assist with inventory and cash operations. This role combines hands-on barista responsibilities with team leadership, requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless and enjoyable café experience while driving branch performance and efficiency.

Work Location: LAX by But First, Coffee - Las Piñas, km 17, Alabang–Zapote Rd., Talon Dos, Las Piñas, Metro Manila.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations and staff activities.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionally address customer concerns.
• Monitor beverage quality, product presentation, inventory, and supplies.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and other cafe equipment.
• Train, coach, and support staff in service standards and barista procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cafe.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support sales targets and promote products and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or food and beverage establishment, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledgeable in café and branch operations, including customer service, barista operations, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, with the ability to maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and preferably reside in Las Piñas or nearby areas.
• Available to start as soon as possible and committed to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
