Job Description:
- Supervise Daily Store Operations
- Lead and Manage Store Personnel
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
- Drive Sales Performance
- Manage Inventory and Stock Levels
- Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards
- Monitor Cash Handling and POS Operation
- Ensure Store Safety and Security
- Train and Develop Employees
- Prepare Reports and Documentation
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (any course)
- 2 years supervisory experience in retail or any related field
