- Drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the music retail industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while representing Lazer Music's brand values.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a vibrant, performance-oriented sales culture.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in public speaking and negotiation.
- Experience with sales support and training.
- Adept in using social media platforms for sales initiatives.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Qualities and Traits: Approachable, persuasive, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
