The Counter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily counter operations to ensure excellent customer service, accurate transactions, and efficient workflow. This role supervises counter staff, monitors performance, manages schedules, and ensures compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of counter staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of transactions, sales records, and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting at the end of each shift.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and uphold service quality.
• Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, kitchen, or sales departments for stock replenishment and order accuracy.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or College level in Business, Management, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Customer-oriented and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays if required.
