Description

POSITION: DIRECT SALES OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Supervise branch staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment conducive to collaboration, teamwork, and high performance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance productivity and job satisfaction
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to develop the skills and competencies of branch employees
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery at all times, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and other marketing initiatives to drive sales
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including sales figures, inventory levels, and operational metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable, aging balances, and collection performance
  • Identify trends and patterns in payment behavior and recommend strategies for improving collections efficiency
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding credit and collections policies and procedures
  • Evaluate credit applications from new customers and conduct thorough credit checks to assess creditworthiness
  • Determine appropriate credit limits based on risk assessment and company policies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate credit terms and conditions with customers
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries related to invoices and payment terms
  • Escalate collection efforts for delinquent accounts and initiate legal action when necessary
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve issues amicably
  • Provide assistance and support to customers experiencing financial difficulties, offering flexible payment options when appropriate
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries regarding billing, payment terms, and credit policies in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor credit exposure and assess the risk associated with existing customers
  • Identify potential credit risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer credit profiles and adjust credit limits as necessary

Requirement

  • Graduate of 4 years college in Business, Communications, or Marketing or 5 years equivalent experience in the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools, Canva, and other presentation tools
  • Competitive Attitude
  • Strong conversational/Interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently or minimum supervision
