The Branch Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the photography branch, ensuring high-quality service and efficient workflow. This role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, coordinating client bookings, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence in photography.
Supervise daily branch operations and staff performance.
Ensure high-quality photography services and customer satisfaction.
Manage scheduling, bookings, and client communications.
Train and mentor photography staff on techniques and customer service.
Maintain photography equipment and oversee inventory.
Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and promotions.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Monitor financial performance and assist with budget management.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in photography or business management preferred.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a photography or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of photography techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
