•At least 5 years of working experience in related field in banking/financial services is required.
•Development and implementation of effective and efficient operating routine in relation to approved business plans;
•Knows how to conduct credit investigation and appraisal of chattel and real estate properties.
•Monitoring of activities and conduct of the branch personnel.
•Highly analytical.
