- At least 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry is required.
- Development and implementation of an effective and efficient operating routine in relation to the approved business plan:
- Knows how to conduct credit investigation and appraisal of chattel and real estate properties.
- Monitoring of activities and conduct of the branch personnel
- Highly analytical
