What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and store condition to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
• Manage cash handling, sales reports, and other administrative tasks accurately.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Analyze branch performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
