• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of hologram shows, interactive zones, and merchandise sales.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.

• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand values.

• Train, and manage store staff including cashier, utility staff, customer service reps/operational staff, and merchandisers.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

• Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and service excellence.

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.

• Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

• 2–5 years in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or mall-based operations.

• Experience in managing teams and customer-facing environments.

• Preferably in retail stores, hospitality business & other business with high customer service engagement & interactions.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive entertainment systems.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• Creative mindset with a flair for event planning and guest engagement.

• Detail-oriented and compliance-conscious.
