Key Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement, and overall productivity to present to executive management
• Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts, or promotions and verify that all clinic staff are familiar with the details of what is being offered
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Monitor and report on department performance

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Must have at least 2–3 years experience in Managerial Level
• Must be can speak in English
• Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage
• Has a strong drive to meet sales target
• Has a strong background in sales
• Willing to be trained in Timog, Quezon City
• Willing to be assigned in NU Mall of Asia
