Branch Operations Officer

Qualifications:

• Significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing
• 3–5 years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry
• Honest, trustworthy, with strong team leadership skills
• Able to develop and achieve business targets consistently
• Able to source new business opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch
• Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring high performance
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Manage branch budgets and control expenses effectively
• Ensure branch facilities are maintained to high standards

Salary Range: Php 35,000 - 40,000

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
