Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of employees, providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Work Ethic
- Skills and Competencies: Marketing proficiency
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work as a Team Player
