Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance Management: Lead team operations to meet and exceed client sales targets. Analyze daily performance metrics, store trends, and customer behavior to continuously optimize sales strategies.
• Team Scheduling & Operations: Manage roster schedules and allocate resources efficiently to ensure full coverage, seamless workflow, and maximum operational productivity.
• Goal Alignment & Coordination: Work directly with Team Leaders and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to establish targets, align operational goals with client needs, and maintain transparent, regular team updates.
• Performance Evaluation & Tracking: Track overall store/project progress and conduct monthly performance evaluations for team members. Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions.
• People Leadership Under Pressure: Maintain a high standard of accountability, handle fast-paced operational stress, and foster a motivated, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Management Experience: Background as a Branch Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Retail Store Manager handling multiple locations, large teams, and high-volume operations.
• E-Commerce Platform Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience or deep familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, including campaign mechanics, platform strategies, and best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Key Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking, high pressure tolerance, analytical capability (interpreting data/trends), strong time management, and excellent communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work Logistics: Fully willing to work onsite in Binondo on a Monday to Saturday work schedule.
