Description

• Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Managerial Level (experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage)
• Has a strong background in sales and drive to meet sales target
• Willing to be trained in Quezon City Head Office

Responsibilities

» Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations  

» Formulate strategic and operational objectives  

» Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements  

» Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics  

» Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations  

» Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management  

» Communicate with customers to get feedback that can be used in improving processes and customer service  

» Assist in solving problems and providing consulting assistance to create brand loyalty and lasting relationships  

» Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.  

» Perform other related duties as required.
