Reporting To: Branch Owner
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 experience in Personal Care / Beauty / Fitness Service or equivalent
• Hardworking, honest and goal-oriented
• Purpose-driven - (the branch owner's key element)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

General Duties and Responsibilities
• Will directly report to the Franchisee or Branch Owner
• Management of day-to-day sales and spa business operation of branch Team, Human Resources and Branch Management
• Monitoring of sales vs. target quotas
• Monitoring of inventories and stocks
• Auditing
• Customer service - respond to feedback and complaint. Customer retention.
•Training and Development. Staff management and retention.
• Safekeeping and management of the operations manual
• Sales and Financial reporting
• Other pertinent tasks
