- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets and improve performance.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail or branch management
