Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Lead and motivate a team of staff
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet targets
- Monitor financial performance and reports
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
- Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.
- Able to source new business opportunities.
- With excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
