The Branch manager is responsible for overseeing personnel, achieving branch targets, and maintaining order and discipline through the company code of conduct and policies.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: At least 1 year Managerial experience In Lending/Microfinance industry
  • Requirements: With own motorcycle with License Code Restriction 1
  • Educational Qualifications: College level/undergraduate is required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strict, Honest, Hardworking, Mature and Willing to learn
