We are seeking confident, fluent English speakers to join our dynamic team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for conducting outbound collection calls with 

professionalism and courtesy. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by high commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound collection calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of call interactions and payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Night Shifts: Work night shifts onsite in Ortigas.

Professionalism: Conduct outbound collection calls with professionalism and courtesy at all  times.

High Performance: Excel in a high-paced environment and consistently meet targets.

Punctuality: Ensure full attendance and punctuality.

Important: We seek dedicated individuals, not those who frequently call in sick or are deterred by bad weather.
