We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and licensed CPA with proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the team to support day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required.
• Proven experience as a CPA, Bookkeeper, or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with U.S.-based bookkeeping is a plus.
