Core Role: Transactional recording and reporting of all day-to-day monetary transactions involving customers, suppliers and employees

Responsibilities

• Entry & update of customer records in QuickBooks, installment-monitoring apps & Google Sheets for reporting
• Bank transactions (deposit/ withdrawal/ reconciliation), revolving-fund management
• Track receivables, penalties, advances, operating expenses
• Provide reports and supporting documents to the Administration Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping/ basic accounting experience
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proficient in financial record-keeping
• Experienced in general-ledger & subsidiary-ledger accounting & reconciliation
• Familiarity with contractual terms, aging, audit trail documentation
• Knowledgeable in mandatory government-reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) particularly on BIR (VAT, corporate taxes).

NOTE: Residents of Tanjay City (Negros Oriental) or nearby municipalities are preferred, as this work involves full-time on-site presence (5-½-day workweek).
