JOB HIRING: BOOKKEEPER

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate ensures compliance with Philippine financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
• Maintain and update general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring
• Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements, including filing and documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

• Experience in trading, distribution, or commodities business
• Familiarity with inventory and cost tracking
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
