Job Position: Bookkeeper
Location: St. Ignatius Village, Quezon City branch


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Accurately encodes daily financial transactions
• Maintain and update books of accounts
• Prepare and organize financial records
• Record accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions

Working Condition/Environment

• Willing to be relocated and work on extended hours when needed

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accountant, FInance, or any related field
• With at least one (1) year of related work experience
• Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping & basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies
