Responsibilities:
- Handle premium collections via calls, SMS, and email
- Follow up overdue accounts and prevent policy lapses
- Assist clients with policy reinstatement and requirements
- Promote payment channels (APA, online banking, e-wallets, OPMS)
- Update client records and monitor accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams and handle client inquiries
- Support campaigns to improve collections and retention
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related or relevant course (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- With or without experience (insurance/CSR experience is a plus)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Proficient in MS Office
