Job Title: ENERGY FOREMAN

Salary: 30k

Work Location : Sta Maria Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance

 Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments

 Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities

 Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards

 Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary

 Prepare operational and performance reports

 Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations

Qualifications:

 Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering)

 At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in boiler operations

 Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)

 Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports

 Troubleshooting skills are an advantage

 Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
