Job Title: Boiler Operations Officer

Salary: 30k

Work Location : Sta Maria, Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance
2. Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
3. Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities
4. Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
5. Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary
6. Prepare operational and performance reports
7. Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
2. At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in boiler operations
3. Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)
4. Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports
5. Troubleshooting skills are an advantage
6. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
