- Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of biomedical and diagnostic equipment.
- Provide technical training to clients and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support business development through lead generation, client presentations, product demonstrations, and preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with sales and technical teams to achieve service and sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and resolve equipment concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and related documentation.
- And other tasks may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Ad hoc Activities and Functions assigned and duly approved by the Management.
