Job Summary:
Provides safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment by monitoring patient condition, operating dialysis equipment, administering medications, and ensuring quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis.
- Operate and monitor hemodialysis machines.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on dialysis care and treatment.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
