Miromed Enterprises is seeking a full-time Service/Biomedical Technician to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

1. Perform installation, calibration, and testing of medical equipment (e.g., endoscopes, monitors, surgical tools)
2. Repair and replace defective parts of biomedical devices
3. Handle restoration of specialized equipment (e.g., endoscopy and surgical systems)
4. Ensure all serviced equipment meets safety and operational standards
5. Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation
6. Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to clients
7. Explain proper handling and basic troubleshooting to healthcare staff
8. Maintain strong relationships with hospital clients

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service/Biomedical Technician or in a similar technical role
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
4. Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
5. Knowledge of medical devices (endoscopy, imaging systems, surgical tools)
6. TESDA NC II (Electronics/Medical Equipment Servicing) is an advantage
7. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
