About the Role

BIMhive is looking for skilled and motivated BIM Specialists to join our growing team! You’ll be part of an innovative group working on exciting international projects, providing top-quality BIM modeling and coordination services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across multi-discipline models.
• Collaborate with project teams for clash detection, coordination, and design updates.
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation according to project standards.
• Support implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks (essential).
• Experience in MEP modeling and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Cavite-based preferred).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Dynamo or scripting experience.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience in prefabrication module design.
• Knowledge in quantity take-off and documentation.
