Job Title: BIM Architect/Sr. BIM Architect

Home Office – Mandaluyong

New Project Site: Alabang

Qualification- Diploma in Arch/B.Arch.

• Must have experience in Revit.

• Candidate should be involved in BIM projects from the concept to completion stage.

• Must be proficient in the application of Revit.

• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to set priorities and manage competing demands.

• Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.

• People who are ready to work from office or are willing to relocate to Alabang only apply for this position.

Job Title: BIM Engineer

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Experience Level:

- Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM Engineering or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for 3D modeling and design.

- Familiarity with system integration and hardware engineering.

- Strong grasp of CAD, design principles, and residential construction.

- Ability to lead projects, with PMP certification being advantageous.

- Knowledge in quality management and system design.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and maintain project BIM models.

- Ensure integration of BIM models into project workflows.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.

- Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage BIM deliverables.

- Oversee the design process from conceptual to construction phases.
