QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, finance, or administrative work is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting and billing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and other billing-related documents.
• Verify billing information, rates, charges, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Encode and maintain billing records in the company’s system.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in following up on pending payments.
• Reconcile billing records and identify discrepancies or incorrect charges.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other departments regarding billing concerns.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
