We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices and billing statements
Monitor payments and account balances
Maintain accurate billing records
Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course
Experience in billing/accounting is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
Detail-oriented and organized
Good communication skills
