We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to handle billing-related tasks, prepare invoices, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices and billing statements.
• Verify billing information and supporting documents.
• Monitor and record payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate billing and financial records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns and inquiries.
• Follow up on unpaid or outstanding accounts.
• Prepare billing reports and submit them to management.
• Assist in reconciling billing records and payments.
• Ensure all billing documents are properly filed and organized.
• Perform other administrative duties related to billing as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course is preferred.
• With or without billing experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and billing procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
