Billing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to employees’ general queries through **** and HR FAQs.
• Dispatches specific cases or issues that require specialized knowledge from TA, TR, TD, and HRBP.
• Validates agency billings submitted to Central Office and to ensure completeness of attachments versus the checklist provided by the Accounting, e.g. original DTR attachment, summary statement of account, etc.
• Monitor volumes of agency billings received and processing turnaround time for KPI.
• Maintain agency billings records in an organized manner and according to file retention requirements.
• Coordinate communication and interface with internal and external business partners.
• Provide high level of customer service satisfaction for each point of contact.
• Monitor and publish weekly volumes and aged invoices for action, and other data to support KPI review.
• Schedule and manage meetings and appointments.
• Support other HR Admin activities.

Job Requirements

• College Graduate, preferably HR, Business, or related field
• At least 6 months’ experience in HR
• Familiar with use of MS Office 365
• Good customer service and inter-personal skills
• Able to prioritize work and delivery results as per deadline
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Good problem- solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has keen attention to details
