Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
• Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment-related matters and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or collection issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on billing and collection activities.
