Qualifications

• 2-4 years work experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training in a call center or shared services environment
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes
• Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and classroom training on UK/US/AU collections and banking operations.
• Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskilling training sessions.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to ensure training effectiveness
• Track learner progress and training completion.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and collections procedures.
