The Billing and Collection Assistant is responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Send billing to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or collections
- Strong communication skills
