Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding payments and account status
• Ensure timely resolution of billing and collection issues
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
• Meet collection targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 2 years B2B collections experience
• Stable employment history (at least 12 months per company)
• No history of AWOL
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
