a)Coordinate with customer via telephone
b)Provide a written record of the status of the outstanding invoices for the
assigned clients
c)Update of customers’ address/contact details on collection pick-up and billing
submission
d)Collection follow up
e)Record in Southbend Collection Itinerary of confirmed collections.
f)Access and update JSEC AR Ageing Tracker for confirmed collections.
g)Coordinate customer disputes to JSEC Credit and Control Team.
h)Update daily call logs.
i)Serve as admin support to JSEC Credit and Control Team during collection calls
off peak days – tasks include but not limited to scanning and filing.
