Essential Skills
1. Proven training experience in communications and soft skills
2. Collections experience (preferably in Banking and Finance)
3. Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to design engaging training programs
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for collections teams
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluates training effectiveness
- Collaborate with operations teams to enhance collections processes
- Other ad hoc activities
Qualifications:
- Relevant training and facilitation experience within a BPO environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
