Description
- Develop and manage bid submissions for government key projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information.
- Analyze tender documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Optimize bid strategies to win new business opportunities.
- Maintain bidding databases and track industry trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bid management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, strong sales and marketing acumen, excellent attention to detail, and public speaking abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage bid processes, collaborate with teams, and improve sales training programs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may require travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork, professionalism, and an initiative-driven mindset.
