Description
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on beauty products.
- Assist in sales management and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and public speaking engagements.
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability and proper stock levels.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in retail or beauty industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management and teamwork skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent public speaking and communication abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethics and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
