• Achieve monthly sales target
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Follows proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manages stock inventory; practicing FIFO and ensuring that all stocks are available at any given time
• Responsible for ordering stock and requesting necessary supplies in the assigned store.
• Compiles and submits required daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as sales, inventory, and copies of invoices
• Be able to present the product information accurately such as product features and benefits
• With a pleasing personality, friendly, helpful, confident, and an engaging personality
